This canal-front property near the Cape Coral Yacht Club needed more than a simple teardown. The job called for the old structures to come down, the lot to be leveled, and the ground to be stabilized, all in one project. New Wave Concepts handled all three: full demolition, grading, and hydroseeding, from the first day on site to the last pass of the hydroseeder.
The original concrete block home sat on an overgrown canal-front lot, with a patched roof, a cracked driveway, and thick brush and grass ready to be cleared.
Our excavator brought down the block walls and roof section by section, keeping debris contained on the slab for a controlled, efficient teardown.
With the old structures gone and the lot graded level, we hydroseeded the entire property for fast, even coverage. Hydroseeding locks bare soil in place while new grass takes root, so Southwest Florida's heavy rain does not wash out the yard before it grows in.
Jobs like this one usually mean coordinating two or three separate contractors: one for demolition, another for grading, and a third for erosion control. New Wave Concepts handled every stage of this property with the same crew, from the first swing of the excavator to the final hydroseed application. That means no gap between teardown and stabilization, and no bare soil sitting exposed to Southwest Florida's rain while you wait on another company's schedule. Permits, utility coordination, and haul-off are part of every demolition we take on, so the owner is not chasing paperwork or dumpsters. The result is a lot that is ready for a new build, a sale, or simply easy to maintain as it sits.
